Information about the ordering process to produce your custom jerseys
1. Contact
- Request via our form (contact), e-mail or by phone (0049-9175-9079115) or you can meet us at one of our numerous triathlon and cycling events on site.
- Describe your wishes as well as possible (design wishes, ideas, sport, article, quantity, delivery date, etc.).
- In the Design Center you can get ideas and inspiration for your dream jersey and see what sportswear we have designed so far.
- To save design costs you can and choose a template there which we can customize in color and then add your logo.
2. Offer and sample shipment to find your right size
- In order to be able to propose an offer, we need the exact number of articles and article number.
Here you can find an overview. - We are happy to send samples for you to try at home.
- Samples must be returned after 10 days. We will bear the shipping costs to you, the return costs are to be borne by yourself.
3. Design Phase - Design your unique apparel
- Design of your individual sportswear together with our graphic specialists.
- Alternatively: Send us your finished design as a vector data (.ai or .eps) in our design templates, basically for everyone who wants to design their own jersey.
- To design the jersey yourself, you can get ideas and inspiration from our design portal.
- We can also take over existing designs - please check the rights.
4. Start of the order
- Order approval: Binding approval of the design and cutting positions and ordering of the articles with exact details of quantities and sizes.
- Subsequent changes in design, quantity or size distribution are no longer possible.
- The delivery time begins with the release of the cut layers
- We will send you the order confirmation with a 50% deposit; production will begin after the deposit has been paid
- Start with production, e.g. cycling jerseys
- Production by us. Apportionment of the design to the cuts, printing, cutting, reprinting, processing of the fabrics into the individual jersey, final quality control (printing, quantities and processing)
5. Delivery
- Shipping of the customized team apparel to your delivery address, inspection of the jersey by you, enjoy the first ride in the RR jersey - feel free to give us feedback on how you like the ordering process and the quality of the apparel - we are always happy to receive feedback.
